Cancellation Policy

Why Not Skin & Brows Policies Payments Why Not Skin & Beauty accepts all major credit cards and cash. Please note, there is a 2.9% convenience fee for all card transactions. Deposits Some services require a deposit to secure your date. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. Late Policy If there is possibility of tardiness, please call us immediately. If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be asked to reschedule and your deposit will be forfeited. Please keep in mind, tardiness may result in your service time being cut down to avoid a conflict in scheduling of clients following after. No Shows Those that do not give proper notification of cancelling or rescheduling scheduled appointments are considered a No Call No Show and will be charged a $50 no show fee. Balance must be paid in full prior to scheduling a new appointment. Rescheduling Appointments All appointments can be rescheduled or canceled via our scheduling app without assistance if done 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Cancellation Policy Failure to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment will result will incur a $25 cancellation fee. All appointments can be canceled or rescheduled via our booking app without assistance. Appointments cancelled within 12 hours will result in $50 cancellation fee. Children and Outside Guest Children or any extra persons are not allowed in the studio if not being serviced. All guests under the age of 18 will be required to have parental consent to be serviced. Photo Release Why Not Skin & Beauty may ask to obtain a before and after photo of guests. These photos will be used solely for promotional purposes and progress comparisons ONLY. No photos will be shared without prior consent. By scheduling an appointment, you authorize Why Not Skin & Beauty the right to use any photos for these purposes. By booking an appointment with Why Not Skin & Beauty, you have agreed to the above terms and conditions. Why Not Skin & Beauty reserves the right to modify terms and pricing at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse service at the discretion of the company for any reason.
